For the invitation letter we need the name and passport number, also a correct working fax-number. Arrival On arrival, teams and officials must check in on Friday 12th of November 2010 ( 16.00 – 20.00 ), at the CALIFORNIA FITNESS – Marežganskega upora 4 ( Šalara – Koper ). Accommodation The organization will pay for two nights` bed and breakfast for athletes and one judge each country, if they send 5 and more athletes. If extra accommodation is required for officials, athletes, guests etc. please contact the organization as soon as possible. The prizes for extra nights/guests will be € 70,-- per night/breakfast and € 15,- per ticket (prejudging/finals) and must pay only during by the registration. Extra charge for single-room € 40,- per night! Linen Damage Competitors must be cautious with tanning products at all times!!! The organization ask the athletes/guests to use there own bed-linen and bath towels. Indeed we had many problems the last times with the hotels. Security Security throughout the venue will be very strict. Everyone entering the complex will require the correct ticket. NO unauthorized people will be allowed backstage. One backstage pass will be issued to each country, which must be used by only one designated official, named on your Official team Entry Form. Photographs Presidents must submit the names of their photographers to the organization at the time of sending their team details. NO unauthorized photography or video recording will be permitted. Transfers Teams must use taxis or buses from the International Airport Trieste - Italia ( 25 km ) or International Airport Jožeta Pučnika – Ljubljana Slovenija ( 110 km ). Registrations Athletes : 12. november 2010 16h - 20h California Fitness Marežganskega upora 4 Koper, Slovenija Registrations Athletes Last Minute : 13. november 2010 9h OŠ Koper ( Bonifika ) adress : CESTA ZORE PERELLO-GODINA 1, 6000 KOPER Contest Entry Fees For each division you enter, you will be required to pay the entry fee and to have a current IBFF entry form ( signed and completed ). Entry fees are 50 eur ( 2 categ. 100 eur ). Music IBFF Regulations All Athletes must supply their own music. Man athletes music must be no longer than 60 seconds, Women athletes 90 seconds. Posing must be on CD and music must be at the beginning of the CD. Posing music must be the only music on the CD. CDs will be collected at weight-in ( registrations athletes )on Friday night. The top five (5) athletes in each bodybuilding class, the top five figure and fitness ( fitness model )finalists in each height/weight class, and the overall winners will be awarded trophies.
