Lael Sauter is a WNBF professional lifetime drug free bodybuilder with an extensive competitive history with the ABBA, CBBF, INBF and FAME. Lael followed in his brother's footsteps and transitioned from track and field to bodybuilding at the age of 16. Lael has been bodybuilding since 1992 and entered his first contest in 2004 where he won his class and best poser award at the Northern Alberta Bodybuilding Championships. Bodybuilding has been a passion for Lael and it laid the foundations for all his future achievements as a father, husband, social worker, police officer and personal trainer. Lael's philosophy to realize your dreams is that you must first conceive it, believe it, receive it so you can achieve it.
