TV Promotion
This will air from Saturday September 3rd to Friday September 9th in 15 spots during the week, rotating in the following times:
Saturday & Sundays:
1:45pm 4:45pm, 5:45pm, 7:45pm & 12:45am
Monday to Friday:
10:45am, 11:45am, 1:45pm, 4:45pm, 5:45pm, 8:45pm & 12:45am
Watch the spots at approximately these times on KVOS TV (Vancouver), which can be found on Channel 30 if with Shaw Cable. As well, it will be listed on the On Scene pages on the KVOS website coinciding with the time it airs on television.
Tickets
Tickets are sold at the door or here through PayPal. Please click the logo below to begin the process. Be sure to print your Pay Pal reciept and present on day of show at door to recieve ticket.
Pre-judging (1pm) - $20; Finals (6pm) - $45
Eligibility
Open to all amateur athletes who have a current INBF card ($50 USD). Athletes must also be drug free seven (7) years from the date of the show. Visit our forms page for a copy of the Banned Substance List
To obtain an INBF membership card, dues in the form of a certified cheque or money order payable in US funds must be sent to INBF Inc. Visit our forms page for a copy of the INBF Membership Application. You may also submit your completed INBF membership application and dues (A separate certified cheque or money order in the amount of $50 US payable to INBF Inc.) with this competitor registration form. Your INBF membership includes a one year subscription to Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness magazine.
To be eligible to compete in any INBF Canada competition, competitors must:
- Successfully complete a polygraph test attesting to seven (7) year drug free status;
- Complete and submit this competition 2011 INBF Canada Vancouver Cup - Entry Form along with a signed & dated copy of the banned substance list;
- Obtain INBF membership card as outlined above;
- Pay all required competition entry fees (see entry form) as outlined below;
Overall winners for the open classes in bodybuilding and figure will qualify for WNBF pro status (must be at least 5 competitors in the class). Masters winners will be qualified to compete in all WNBF Pro Masters events.

Mandatory Competitor Meeting & Weigh-ins
6pm, Friday, September 9th, 2011, at the Capilano University Performing Arts Theatre
Polygraph Testing
Every competitor is responsible for booking their own polygraph test. Contact Ken and Lesley Donaldson no later than September 1st, 2011 to book your polygraph appointment. Polygraph testing will be done at the host hotel, Holiday Inn & Suites in North Vancouver on Thursday, September 8th and Friday September 9th. Polygraph is mandatory for entry into competition.
